This artwork inspiration comes from the colours of the Jacaranda Tree. It has so many purples and pinks, with a splash of greenery and those beautiful twisted brown trunks. I decided to do an abstract version with textured trunk and branches. I chose a wonderfully smooth Ampersand Gessobord for the artwork, and painted the sides with Dioxazine Purple.
